Dr. Roy Zucker, Founder
Dr. Roy Zucker is a specialist in infectious diseases and a leading figure in LGBTQ+ healthcare. He serves as Chair of the LGBTQ+ Medicine Society of a tier 1 HMO and heads the LGBTQ+ healthcare field at one of the top ranked hospitals worldwide.
Dr. Zucker’s unique work bridges the gap between the traditionally conservative medical establishment and vibrant nightlife and party scene. He champions an innovative harm-reduction approach, making critical medical knowledge accessible regarding substance use, prevention of infectious diseases, and quality of life—delivered in a non-judgmental, approachable, and practical manner.
His public presence has established him as the leading professional authority for nightlife communities, combining clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the social and physiological needs of Gen Z and Millennials. In recent years, Dr. Dr. Zucker is also the first in the world to complete the inaugural LGBTQ+ Medicine Fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York
Ethan Wolf, Co-Founder
Ethan Wolf is an alumnus of the elite Intelligence Unit 8200. He spearheaded a top tier insurance operations across the EU, building the entire infrastructure from the ground up, leveraging on digital channels to provide top service distribution in multiple GTM strategies.
Previously, Ethan was a founding member of the Innovation division of a tier 1 bank. He architected and scaled the bank’s Fintech, P2P Payments, and Technology (CTO) frameworks to full maturity, overseeing a workforce of approximately 150 employees. During this tenure, he was the youngest professional working directly with the bank’s executive management.
Ethan is also a Commercial Lawyer with extensive experience in M&A and is the author of the authoritative legal-business book "Company" (2024). Upon his return to Israel Ethan is supporting leading companies in boosting business development to the next level, including ARC Global by Sheba Medical Center, Sharan, Nayax, Cardeal, Appyea, Ralco, JOMA and more.
